Retaining William Mooney was the best decision I could have made for my case. I’m from out of town and received a traffic citation in relation to a minor traffic accident. A finding of guilty on the citation would have very negatively affected my driving career and Mr. Mooney was able to get it reduced to a non-moving violation which, in my opinion, was the best scenario I could have hoped for. Mr. Mooney was very communicative as to what I was facing and what my chances of getting a finding other than not guilty were. In the end, he utterly astounded me by getting the citation reduced to a non-moving violation, which, I was happy to accept a guilty plea for. I completely recommend Mr. Mooney to represent you for whatever your situation is. I know he will commit to your defense when you need it most. Utterly amazed by my results!!
